Agak lama berehat buat cheese tart ni... until last week when Amalina ordered 50 pcs of blueberry cheese tarts. Earlier plan was to belanja her friends @ UNISEL tapi alih-alih hanya 8 pcs yg berjaya sampai ke sana..What happened was...the rest tu habis dimakan sebelum keberangkatan balik ke unisel...Takpe...next time u can order MORE......my dear... A new recipe that i found in one of my old book..a pure chocolate & cheese cake with no flour added to the mixture..so the finish product mestilah 100% taste of choc & cheese..memang delicious..texture not so gebu as normal cheese cake tapi boleh buat orang kata mouth watering la...base dia i gunakan digestive biscuits so kira mmg so healthy la...Wanna try rase???just drop me an email to order & i'll do the rest for u...

Tengok je cheese kek ni pon dah geram..coz it's so gebu....so for those cheese lovers memang boleh menikmati originality of the cheese coz it contains very little flour..yang selebihnya hanyalah CHEESE!!!! This cake ordered by Ida from Klang and Yanie from KL. Well Ida..sorry to keep you waitng till the next day to taste the cake coz it was just came out from the oven when u collected it..but it was worth waiting kan...Yanie, the cake took a long journey to KL just to reach u..& thanks for the good comment in the fb..Glad that both of u like the cake so much...Lepas ni boleh la order slalu ye..Thanks again to both of u!!!
